LAST ILL.AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN H.CHEESEMAN,of Peters Township,'lashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me.heretofore
made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executors,hereinafter named,as soon as
convenient.
SECOND.Whatever remains of my personal estate,give
and bequeath unto my wife,Edna B.Cheeseman,to be hers absolutel •
THIRD.I give and devise all the real estate of which
I may die seized to my wife,Edna B.Cheese~an,for and during
the term of her natural life,but should my said wife at any time
desire that any part or all of my real estate should be sold be-
fore her death,then by the authority hereinafter conferred,I
direct that such part or all of my real estate as she may desire,
be sold by my Executors,hereinafter named,and I hereby authorize
and empower them to make,execute and deliver good and sufficient
deed or deeds for the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,
and I direct that the proceeds of the sale or sales of my real
estate be divided as follows:One-half to my wife,Edna B.Cheese
man;one-fourth to r~arjorie K.Cheeseman,my adopted daughter;
~ive Hundred Dollars (~500.00)to Wallace Boyce~and the remainde
to my adopted son,Thomas r,heeseman.
FOURTH.In the event that any of my real estate remains
unsold at the de~th of my said wife,it is my will ana I hereby
direct that my surviving Executor,or his successor in office,
shall sell whatever of my real estate then remaining,and make,
execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof good
and sufficient deed or deeds for the same,and distribute the
proceeds therefrom as follows:To Marjorie K.Cheeseman,my
adopted daughter,one half;to ~allace Boyce one-fourth;and
to Thomas Cheeseman,my adopted son,one-fourth.
AND LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my said
wife,Edna B.Cheeseman,and Clyde S.Pipes,Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this nineteenth day of November,A.D.1930.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named Testator as and for his Last ill and Testament,in the
presence of us,who,at his request and in his presence and in
the presence of each other,have hereunto subscribed our nanes
as witnesses thereto.
