I bequeathe to my Niece CORA MAE CARTER,known as BETTY CARTER,
my entire estate,both real and personal with full authority to do
with as her best judgment dictates after my obligations have been
properly disposed of and onj condition that she furnish me a burial
fi tting to my condi tion in life and on express condi,tion that she
assume the responsibility of the care and comfort of my sister,
Margaret Atkinson during the remainder of her life.
