This Court appoints,",*~~Io-o CLIFFORD G.BASSETT,of Ridgefield L.~JYJ{-.e
Administrat oron said estate,who appeared in Court,accepted said trust,and gave bond with suf-
ficient surety,in the sum of One Hundred dollars,which bond is approved,
accepted,ordered recorded and lodged on file.(Recorded Vol._23 age _4:89 _).
ORDERED That six months from the _5th _day of _April 1937 ,be,and the same
are,limited and allowed for the creditors to bring in their claims against the said estate,and said
*eetlt Administrat or is directed to give public notice to the creditors of
the deceased to bring in their claims within said time allowed,by posting a notice of this order on the
public sign-post nearest where the deceased last dwelt in the town of Ridgefield,and by publishing
the same once in some newspaper having a circulation in said District,and return make to this Court
of the notice given.
ORDERED That two months from the-5th-day of _April 1937 ,be,and the
same are,al.owed the .E;Administrat or within which to make and return a true and
complete inventory of all the property of the estate of said deceased,both real and personal,includ-
ing choses in action.
And this Court appoints _Arthur J.Carnall and Jesse L.Benedict,of
Ridgefield.Connecticut._
judicious and disinterested persons,appraisers,to appraise said property,they being nrst duly swOrn
according to law.
