LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
WILLIAJ~J.CHAI&lliRS
I,William J.Chalmers,of McDonald,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and
declare the following to be my last will and testament:
First:I direct my Executor hereinafter named
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
Second:All the remainder of my estate is to be
divided into six equal shares.I give,devise and bequeath these
shares as follows:To my father,T.W.Chalmers,one share,to my
mother,Agnes J.Chalmers,one share,to my sister,Phyllis
Chalmers,one share,to my sister,Bessie Chalmers,one share,to
~y sister,Leona Chalmers,one share,and to my sister,Althea
Ghalmers,.one share.
Third:I hereby nominate and appoint rr.y father,
