LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MAGGIE M.CROSBIE,of North Franklin TO¥ffiShip,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the fol-
lowing as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named,as soon as
possible after my decease.
SECOND.I give to my granddaughter,Mary Jane Crosbie,
my gold wrist watch.
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath to my three
children,namely:Jennie C.Engle,William E.Crosbie and John
N.C~osbie,Jr.,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my sons,William E.Crosbie and John N.Crosbie,Jr.,Executors
of this my Last Will and Testament.
