last will and testament as folJows:
1.I give and bequeath to Mary Elizabeth Smith,
daughter of my nephew,D.Boyd Smith,the sum of Five hundred
($500.00)Dollars.
2.I give and bequeath to Catherine Smith,wife
of the said D.Boyd Smith,my dishes,bedding etc.
3.I give and devise and bequeath all the residue
of my estate to my nephew,the said D.Boyd Smith.
I appoint D.Boyd Smith Executor of this will.
