First.I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor,hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Second.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to place at my grave a marker similar in character to the other markers now erected. Third.I give and bequeath unto the st.James Cemetery, located'about one mile East of West Alexander,Washington County, Pennsylvania,the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00);the income from which I direct shall be used each year in the upkeep of the Cemetery.This bequest includes the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)left in trust with me by my Mother. Fourth.I give and bequeath to Father Charles W.Presy the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),and direct that he shall invest the same,and pay the interest thereon,annually,to the Sacred Heart Church,of Claysville,Pennsylvania,and in the event that this Church should cease to exist,then the said sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)shall be paid by my Executor to the st.Paul's Orphan Asylum,of Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania. Fifth.I give and bequeath to Father Charles W.Presy two Columbia Gas Bonds of the par value of $1000.00 each,and one Aluminum Bond of a similar par value,or Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)in cash;this to include Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) left by my Mother in trust,and Ten Dollars ($10.00)of the income therefrom to be used each month for masses for the repose of my sou: and the souls of all of my family,the same to be perpetuated. Sixth.I give and bequeath to the children of my brother, • ·Patrick,the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)each,or to the ,descendants of such as may be deceased. Seventh.I give and bequeath to Mamie Kirley,of Church Street,Washington,Pennsylvania,one Baltimore &Ohio Railroad Company Bond,or One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)in cash. Eighth.I give and bequeath to my niece,Alice Biggins,of {aYnesburg,Pennsylvania,forty (40)shares of Stock of the West Penn Power Company,or the equivalent thereof,to have and to hold for her use during the term of her natural life;and at her death, said Stock,or its equivalent,I give and bequeath to the Little Sisters of the Poor,Penn Avenue,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania. Ninth.I give and bequeath to my nephew,James E.Biggins, of Lansdowne,Pennsylvania,thirty (30)shares of stock of the Ie I American Telephone &Telegraph Company,or the equivalent thereof. Tenth.I give,devise and bequeath all my coal land,all real estate,and the residue of my estate to my niece,Alice Biggins and my nephew,James E.Biggins,share and share alike. Eleventh.I give and bequeath to Father Charles W.Presy my household furnishings,to be disposed of according to his judg- mente Twelfth.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Father Charles W.Presy,of 54 South Fourteenth Street,Pittsburgh,Penn- sylvania,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
