LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,E.BELLE CHEESEMAN,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease by my
Executors,hereinafter named.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I direct shall be
divided into twelve equal parts or shares,and one share I give
to Edna B.Cheeseman,wife of my brother,John H.Cheeseman;
one share to John H.Cheeseman,my brother,of Peters Township,
ashington County,Pennsylvania;one share to Harold Cheeseman,
of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania;one share to Mary Cheeseman,of
Peters To~nship,ashington County,Pennsylvania;one share to
Jean Cheeseman Sturgeon,of Hamilton,Ohio;one share to John
Taylor Cheeseman,of Peters Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania;one share to Agnes Belle Michael,of Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania;one share to Marjorie Cheeseman,of Peters Town-
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania;one share to Thomas
Cheeseman,of Mt.Washington,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;one
share to Esther Cheeseman,of Seattle,Washington;one share
to Hugh Cheeseman,of Seattle,Washington;and one share to
Wallace Boyce,of Peters Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
AND LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my
brother,John H.Cheeseman,and Clyde S.Pipes,of ashington,
Pennsylvania,to be the Executors of this my Last Will and
Testament.
