LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,.
I,BARBARA COREA,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all wills,
testaments and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST
I direct and order that all my just debls and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as
soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved son,Ruzzie
Corea,all that certain Lot No.40,located in Chartiers
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as Midland.
THIRD
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter,
Mary aZza,all that certain Lot No.42,located in Chartiers
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as Midland.
FOURTHIgive,devise and bequeath to my beloved daughter,
Louise Byrd and my son,Ruzzie Corea,all that certain house
being of cement block construction,located on Lot No.41,
Chartiers Township,Washington County,pennsylvania,known as
Midland,share and share alike the proceeds of same.I order
my Administrator,hereinafter mentioned,to sell the said
property as soon as a marketable price can be obtained.
FIFTH
The life insurance policies which I carryon my life
are to go to my Estate for the purpose of defraying the
funeral expenses above mentioned.
SIXTH
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint James M.Colaizzo,
of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the administrator
of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN VITNESS V1HEREOF,I,BARBARA COREA,the Testatrix,have
to this my Last Will and Testament,set my hand and seal,
this 18th day of January,1941.
