I,ALICE GILMORE,of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish,and declate
this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor pay the expenses
of my funeral and last illness as soon as may be conveniently
be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath all the
rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,real and personal,
to my sons,PAUL GILMORE and RONALD GILMORE,in equal shares.
THIRD :If my son,RONALD GILMORE,should pre-
decease me,I give,devise,and bequeath the share of my estate
he would have received had he survived me to his wife,SANDRA
GILMORE,in trust for their daughter,KRISTEN GILMORE,until
such time as KRISTEN reaches the age of eighteen (18)years,
at which time she shall receive the principal and any undistri-
buted income free of trust.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute,and appoint,my
sons,PAUL GILMORE and RONALD GILMORE,and A.G.SWANSON of
Bethel Park,as Co-Executors of my estate.If one of my Execu-
tors would be unable or unwilling to serve,no replacement
shall be appointed.
FIFTH:No Executor serving under this Will
shall be required to post bond in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS,WHEREOF,I,ALICE GILMORE,Testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
