publish and cec1are this my Last Vill and ~estament,hereby revoking
and making void any v!ill by me at any time heretofore made,in
manner and forra following:
FL-{ST:I order and direct my Executor,~ereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.

a Codicil to my said last will and testament,and direct the same
to be ro1nexed thereto and made a part thereof:

will and testament,dated February 12th,1931,wherein I nominated,
constituted,and appointed Monongahela City Trust Company,of
I onongahela,Pennsy vania,as G ardia of the Estates of my grand-

Frances J.Balliard,ernard X.Balliard,Gertrude A.Balliard,
and Cecelia J.Balliard,and in lieu thereof I do hereby nominate,
