last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makinlf void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
To my wife Violet [ole Cum lings in fee-simple,all such
real estate and personal property in my possession at the time
of my death.
In case of the previous or simultaneous death of my wife,
Violer Mole Cumr.ings,the estate is to be equally devided or
retained intact for my children Marjorie,Jane,and Ralph.
In this case George Clark Kelty is to act as executor and
use his best jUdgment as to settling the estate.
