Last r111 and Testament.
•
I,J.~L Cunningham of Rostraver Township County of "'est-
moreland and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last '-ill and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will
or wills heretofore made by me.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,
after my decease.
2nd.I will and bequeath unto my wife Carrie Cunningham,
the use of the home during her lifetime,at her death it is to
go to my son L~ard Cunningham.
3rd.I will and bequeath unto my son George Cunningham my
Real Estate in Lock No.4,Pa.,also one hundred (100)shares
Virginia Corporation Coal Company Coal stock.
4th.I will and bequeath unto my daughter Cora P.Heath,
my interest in the house ovmed by Bernardino ~anetta,on Reservoir
Avenue,}~onessen,Pa.Klso one hundred ,tfi shares Virginia Corp-
oration Coal Company stock.
5th.I will and bequeath unto my daughter Edith Jones,my
real estate on Graham Street,Belle Vernon,Pa.11so one hundred
shares Virginia Corporation Coal Company stock.
6th.I will and bequeath unto my son Leslie Cunningham,
land situated in Rostraver Township,lying along property of
l~s.Jones,down to Public road,and property of W~s.Matty,
containing approximately Sixteen (16)acres,reserving the present
grovnno crop.
7th.I will and bequeath unto Leslie Cunningham,Edith Jones,
Cora p.Ieath and Edward Cunningham,stOCK known as Treasury stock-
share and share alike.
8th.I will and bequeath unto my son Edward Cunningham,one
hundred shares Virginia Corporation Coal Company stock.

9th.I will and bequeath all the balance of my personal
property unto my wife Carrie Cunningham,and George Cunningham,
Leslie Cunningham,Edward Cunningham,Cora P.Heath and Edith Jones,
share and share alike.
10th.All stock,equipment,farm implements ~Ba to be for use
of my wife during her lifetime-at her death all is to go to my son
Edward Cunningham.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint Lorrin Culler to be
executor of this my Last ~ill and Testament.
In v·itness \'~hereof,I,J.I.Cunningham the Testat above named,
have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 14th day
of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
forty.
