I.J.i.Chivers ,of the City of Washington,ashington County
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory and understanding,do make
this my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
(FIRST)I,give devise and bequeath to my partner in business
the half interest I hold in said business known as the Restaurant
business operated by myself and Belle.Shipe to be hers absolutely.
(S~60ND)I.hereby direct that all other property in my name at my
death be disposed of by my administrator hereinafter named to pay my
just detltsand funeral expenses and should there be a~y money left from
the sale of same the balance shall beco~e the property of the aforesaid
Belle.'Shipe,•
(THIRD)I hereby name,oonstitute and appoint the aforesain
Belle.5hipe,to be sole administrator of this my last will and testament
and without bond.
