That the Sa d J.H.Hupp,after d ligent and un- successful search for any last will the said Sarah Ann Hanen mieht have left and in the bel ef that none ex sted at the time of her death,appl ed for and (on August 20th.,1943)received Letters of Admin str t on on her estate. 5.That on March 24,1944,the present petitioners,in handling some old papers n the late res dence of the sa d Sarah Ann Hanen,discovered a paper p~wporting to be,and believed by them to be in fact,the lasvwill and testament of her,the said Sarah Ann Hanen,in which the said Arminda L.McCune is named as sole beneficiary and appointed Executrix;w ch said will is dated September 18th,1934,and s herewith lodged in your off ce for probate and record. 6.That by virtue of the fact that the said lately discovered will of the said Sarah Aml Hanen gives her entire estate to the said Arlunda L.McCune and the already probated will of the said Arminda L.McCune gives her entire estate,with the exception of said legacy of $100.00,to these petitioners, pet tioners are entitled to have the Letters of Administration heretofore ssued to the sa d J.H.Hupp on the estate of Sarah of Admin stration An Hanen revoked and Letters/~on her estate issued to petitioners,with the will annexed.
