WILL OF ANNA CUNNINGHAM
I,Anna Cunningham,of the Borough of MoDonald,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being or sound and disposing
ming,memory and understanding,do make,pUblish and deolare
this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any
wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST.I order and direct my Exeoutors hereinafter
named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
after my d eeease'as possible.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all maohinery,
tools,book aocounts,real estate,or any other assets of the
business oonduoted under the name of C.N.Cunningham,Sr.,
wheresoever situate,to my son,Colin Cunningham,and my
daughter,Ella Cunningham,equally,provided,however,that
they are to pay to my son,Charles N.Cunningham,Jr.,one-
fifth (1/5)of the net income annually,so long as be remains
acti vely oonnected with the business.
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my two daughters,Ella Cunningham and Florenoe
Jean Cunningham,share and share alike,and I desire that .
my said daughters provide a home for my son,Quint&n
Cunningham,so long as he remains unmarried.
FOURTH.I hereby nomina te,oonstitute a nd appoint
my son,Colin Cunningham,and my daughter,Ella Cunningham,
to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
