IT WILL,
I,James Hart of Amwell Township,Washington County and State of
Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this for my last will and testa-
ment,hereby revoking all former ,ills by me at any time hereto
fore made.
First.I give,devise and bequeat to my daughter,Annie
Hall,all my estate,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and
lheresoever,of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which
I map be entitled at the time of my decease,subject to and by she
paying all my funeral expenses and debts and paying to each of
my three remaining daughters,ary A.Yoders,1argaret L.Dufford
and Flora B.'Vilson,to each the sum of Two Thousand Dollars which
SlWS are charged against my estate.
Second.But should she,rry daughter,Annie Hall,not rant
the property and desires not to take but refuse to take the same
under said conditions then my will is and I direct that all my
estate be reduced to money,all real estate,personal and mixed
property be sold and a~ter payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses be pai ,I give,devise and bequeat the same to my four
daughters,in equal shares,to Annie Hall,ary A.Yoders,fa garet
L.Dufford and Flora B.Wilson,share and share alike.And in this
event that said Annie Hall elect not to take the property as pro er
ty,I herel)y direct t e same to be sold by my executor either at
private or at public sale and I authorize her to make and execute
and deliver deed or deeds or other writings to convey said property
to the purchaser or purchasers,thereof.
I Lastly.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,lary
A Yoders,executrix of this my last will and testament,and she
shall not be required to give any administration bo~d,in my estate.
