FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal or
mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
Edna C.Watson.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Alberta
Foor,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
