LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF REGIS W.GORMAN I,REGIS W.GORMAN,of McMurray,Pennsylvania,being of full age,sound mind and memory,and under no restraint,do make,publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,and hereby revoke all Wills and Codicils ever before made by me. ITEM #1 Expenses.First,I direct my Executor to pay all of the expenses of my last illness,of my funeral and burial and of the administration of my estate. ITEM #2 Taxes.Next,I direct my Executor to pay all inheri- tance,transfer,estate and similar taxes (including in- terest and penalties)assessed or payable by reason of my death on any property or interest in property which is included in my estate for the purpose of computing taxes. My Executor shall not require any beneficiary under this Will to reimburse my estate for taxes paid on property passing under the terms of this Will. ITEM #3 I hereby direct my Executor to convert the remaining assets of my estate,whether real,personal or mixed,of every kind,nature and description whatsoever,and wherever situated,which I may now own or hereafter acquire,or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,into cash. The proceeds of such conversion are to be divided equally between my children,BRUCE M.GORMAN and JOAN E.MORRIS. ITEM #4 Should any such child of mine predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)days and leave issue then living, then the bequest,gift or legacy to that child of mine shall fail and shall be distributed to the living issue of such child of mine,absolutely and in fee simple,by right of representation.Should any such child of mine predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30)days without issue then living,then the bequest,gift or legacy to that child of mine shall fail,and no portion of my estate shall be re- served for or distributed to the estate or heirs at law of that child.
