and Trust Company,Hartford,Connecticut,being duly sworn,
hereby depose and say:
That Phoenix State Bank and Trust Company is Executor
of the Estate of Charles G.Case who died on August 27,1939,
a resident of the City of Hartford,County of Hartford and
State of Connecticut.
That deponent desires to collect income upon,and to
assign or transfer any and all loans,stocks,bonds or
mortgages or enter satisfaction of any such mortgages as
may belong to or stand in the name of the decedent located
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
That decedent is not indebted to any person in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,and that the proposed transfer,
assignment,receipt or entry of satisfaction is not made for
the purpose of removing any assets of said decedent beyond the
reach of any of the creditors in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
