AFFIDAVIT
District of columbia,ss:
I,Edward C.Sherman,being duly sworn,on oath do depose
and say that I reside at 2853 ontario Road,N••,ashing-
ton,D.C.;that Theda Buck,deceased,was a legal resident
of the District of Columbia for at least eight years before
her death on 7 October 1936;that her will has been sub-
mitted to probate and that I have been granted Letters
Testamentary thereunder and have duly qualified as executor;
and that this affidavit is executed for the purpose of
securing the transfer of thirty shares of the 6%preferred
stock of the estmoreland ater Company to the residuary
legatees unaer the Will.~~~
