'lill and Testament,hereby revoking any and all previous Wills and Oodicils
by us at any time made.

I n the event of'the death of'o:r;of'us;then it is our joint desire
and we hereby direct that our entire estate go to the survivor to own,hold,
manage and control;with full power of'sale and dispocal;and without bond.

As soon as possibl e,after the death of'the last survivor,\Ve direct
our ecutor,hereinafter named;and provided no lot has al ready been purchased,
and lith the approv'>l of'our children,to purchase a lot in the ce:netery t
ew ':!ilmington,Penn.,and that our renains be laid to rest there.He is
further enpowered,to pay :;tll our just debts,including funeral exp enS6S and
