ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and isposing mind
and memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Last
:ill and Testament,hereby revoking all former ills by me at
any time heretofore made:
FIRST.I give and bequeath unto my nephew,Charles ;1.

tributed by him in accordance with instructions which I have
given him.
SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
