County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do make,publish and declare this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT
in manner and form following,that is to say;
1.I hereby give,devise and bequeath,all that oertain lot of ground and
house erected thereon,situated in North Strabane Township,Washington County
IPennsylvania,known as lot No.330 in a plan of lots laid out by the Alex-
ander Land Compamy,reoorded in the Recorder's Offioe 0'said Washington
County,in plan book No.3,Page 18-19 and of reoord of Maroh 1st 1926
Volumn 535 page 652 unto my following named children,share and share alike.
Franoea Horvat Burr,of North Strabane Twp.Washington County,Pennsylvania,
Joseph Horvat,Jr of North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennaylvani
Steve Horvat,of North Strabane T~wn8hip,Washington COUIlty,Pennsylvania.
2.I give devise and bequeath unto the above mentioned children,share and
share alike,ODe share of Preferred and 4 shares Common Stock of the Alex-
ander Co-Opera~ive Association No 122 issued April 14th 1931.
3.And as to all the'rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,real,personal
or mixed,of whatsoever nature or~~ind or wheresoever situated at the time of
my decease,I do hereby give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter Franoes
Horvat Burr,her heirs and assigns forever.
4.And lastly,I do make,constitu~e and appoint my daughter Franoes Horvat
Burr,as EXeoutrix,(without bond)of this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking all former Wills &Testaments by me at any time heretofore made,
and decla~ing this to be my last Will and Testament.
