LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERE~that I,Domanik Oicone,of Donora,
Washington Oounty,Pa.,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make,publish and declare,this as and for my last
lwill and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any
~and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,
by me at any time heretofore made.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all the property which I may
own at the time of my death,whether real,personal or mixed,and
wheresoever the same may be Situate,to my Wife,Olara Oicone,and
my daughter,Amelia Oicone,in equal shares.
SEOOND:I nominate and appoint my wife,Olara Oicone,as executrix
of this my last will and testament.
