I,THEODORE HAWKINS,of the Borough of Beallsville,
ashington Oounty,Pennsylvania,do make,pUblish and declare
this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First:I direct the payment of all my debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my
deceased.
Second:I devise to my ife,ANNIE B.HAWKINS,my
dwelling house and lot in-the Borough of Beallsville,together
ith the furniture and fixtures ther~in,to have and to hold
for and during the term of her natural life,and upon the
death of my said wife,I devise said property to my daughter
NELLIE,wife of James V.McDonough.
Third:All the remainder of my estate I give,devise
and bequeath to my son FRED F.HAWKINS,now residing in Dormont,
Allegheny Oounty,Pennsylvania,and to my daughter,~~LLIE
McDONOUGH,in equal shares.
Fourth:I apnoint my son,FRED F.HAWKINS,my daughter,
NELLIE McDONOUGH,and JESS P.MILLER,Executors of ttis my Will.
