LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,delia Birkinsha,of Union treet,California,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do make and publish this my Last Will And
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and beq~eath all my
property,both real and personal,unto my son,Victor D.
Birkinsha,of California,ashington County,Pennsylvania,
to have and to hold the same absolutely and forever.
Third.I do make,constitute and appoint my
son,Victor D.Birkinsha,to be Executor of this my last will
and testament.
In itness hereof,I,Adelia Birkinsha,the
testatrix above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and
