LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,Theresa Holmes,being of sound mind,do make and publish
this,my last will and testament,thereby revoking any and all
wills made heretofore by or for me.
After all my honest debts and my funeral expenses are paid,
I g~ve and bequeath to my sister,Margaret Eliza HOlmes,of Clays-
ville,Washington County,Penna.,the income from the residue of
my entire estate during her lifetime..
After the death of my sister,Margaret Eliza Holmes,I give
and bequeath to the United Presbyterian Church of West Alexander,
Pa.,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
I bequeath to the Ladies Missionary Society of the Claysville
Presbyterian Church the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.;

I will that,after the death of my sister,Margaret Eliza
Holmes,the residue of my estate be divided equally among my four
nieces,namely:Laura Holmes of Mt.Lebanon,Pa.,Mrs.Roy Furlong
of Donora,Pa.,Mrs.A.R.Hawk of Donora,Pa.,8.nd Mrs.Walter J.
Beaner of New Brighton,Pa.,share and share alike.
I appoint my broyher,Charles R.HOlmes,as my Executor.
