Know all men by these Presents:That of Etna G.Gibson,of the
CitJT <f Washington County of Washington and State cr Pennsy vania,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make,publish and
declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to ~y all of my
funeral expenses.administration expenses of mw estate,including in-
heritance and succession of taxes,state or federal,which may be
occasioned by the passage or auccession to any interest in my estate
under the terms of this instrument and all my just debts,excepting
mortgage notes secured by mortgages upon real estate.
SECOND:All the rest.residue and remande of my estate,both
real and ~rsonal,of Whatsoever kind or c baracter and wheresoever
situated,I give,devise and bequeath to my brother,Alford R.Gibson,
to be absolutely and forever.

TFIRD~If my brother does not ~~~~~e,I direct that the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate shall be divided equally as
possible to my nieces to be theirs absolutely and forever,
Ruth I.Donaldson,my niece,
Helen F.Catron,my niece,
Naomi P.Ritchie,my niece.
The share of any person above ~amed who shall not sur vive me
shall revert to such person's issue in equal shares~per stripes.
FOURTH:I hereby appoint my brother Alford R.Gibson,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,if he is living,if
be not-riving,I appoint Bert Catron as Executor:-I direct that
Executor,Executrix,serving hereunder shall be reqlired to post

bond.
