LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,MARY E.CLOSSER,widow,of Amwell Township,Wash- ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all Wills by me heretofore made: FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease. SECOND.To my daughter,Violet Closser,I give all my household and kitchen furniture. THIRD.To my daughter,Violet Closser,I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). FOURTH.I give and bequeath all my farming imple- ments and tools to my son,Daniel Closser. FIFTH.To my son,Daniel Closser,I give and devise that portion of my farm situate in Amwell Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,upon which the buildings are erected and which lies South of U.S.Route 40,together with the spring situate just North of U.S.Route 40 on the remaining portion of my farm,with the right to take and use the water therefrom and with the right of ingress,egress and regress at all times to said spring for the purpose of keeping the same in proper condition and repairing,replacing and removing the connections to said spring.Should my said son,Daniel Closser,die, leaving my said daughter,Violet Closser,to survive him,then and in that case the portion of my farm above mentioned,which I have given to my said son,Daniel Closser,shall go to and vest in my said daughter,Violet Closser,absolutely,with the right to use said spring as aforesaid;but should my said daughter,Violet Closser,die prior to my said son,then the above mentioned portion of my farm to vest absolutely in my said son,Daniel Closser.I further direct that my said son, Daniel Closser,shall pay all the expenses of settling my estate and pay unto my grandson,Leslie Doak,the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)in cash,which amounts shall be and remain a charge on the above mentioned real estate until paid.My daughter,Violet Closser,shall have any two rooms in the house which she may choose to live in as a dwelling or to use as a place for storing her possessions for and during her lifetime, and I further direct that my said son,Daniel Closser,shall furnish the heat for these rooms when and if needed. SIXTH.I give and devise to my grandsons,Charles Doak and Ralph Doak,that portion of my farm situate in Amwell Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,which lies North of U.S.Route 40,except the spring situate just North of U.S. Route 40,with the right to my son,Daniel Closser,or my daughter,Violet Closser,to take and use the water therefrom and maintain the spring as provided in item fifth of this my Will.This devise,however;-is made subject to the following condition and restriction,which shall constitute a covenant and run with the land devised,viz:That no place of amusement shall be erected or maintained thereon and no alcoholic liquors, malt or brewed beverages shall be sold or dispensed thereon. ••--. SEVENTH.All the rest and residue of my estate, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,Violet Closser. AND LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my said daughter,Violet Closser,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
