I,EVANGELINE M.COLLINS,alias EVA M.COLLINS,of Monongahela,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and diRposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made, in manner and form following: FIRST:I order and direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. SECOND:I order and direct that my body be buried in my lot in Monongahela Cemetery,and that my Executors purchase and have erected at my grave a marker just like the markers at other graves in my lot. THIRD:I will,give and bequeath unto my husband John B.Collins the sum of Ten Thollsand ($10,000.00)Dollars. FOURTH:I will,give and devise unto my husband John B.Collins,in fee simple and absolutely,the house and lot where we now reside known as No.704 Ninth Street,Third ard, Monongahela,Pennsylvania and all household goods and furnishings therein,except the silverware hereinafter bequeathed,and also my lot situate at the Northwest corner of ~arne Avenue (formerly Coal street)and Meade Street,Third Ward,Monongahela,Pennsyl- vania,upon which lot is now erected a one story frame building. (1) •• FIFTH:I will,give and bequeath unto my son Harold J.Collins my silverware. SIXTH:I will,give and bequeath unto my son Harold J.Collins the sum of Ten Thousand (.10,000.00)Dollars. SEVENTH:I will,give and bequeath unto my sister-in- law Nellie Fell the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars should she survive me.In the event that my said sister-in-law Nellie Fell should be deceased at the time of my death,then,in such event,I will,give and bequeath said Five ffundred ($500.00) Dollars so bequeathed to my said sister-in-law Nellie Fell had she survived me to my niece Dorothy Day. EIGHTH:I will,give and bequeath unto M.Eva KUhlman,the daughter of my cousin,Mrs Margaret E.Ma.riner, now deceased,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars. NINTH:I will,give and bequeath unto Alma Mariner, the daughter of my cousin,Mrs.Margaret E.Mariner,now deceased,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars. TENTH:I will,give and bequeath to Memorial Hospital,located at New Eagle,Pennsylvania,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars to create a Special Fund to be used only for the purpose of the benefit and care of children who may be cha.rity patients in said hospital. ELEVENTH:I will,give and bequeath unto the Methodist Episcopal Church of Monongahela,Pennsylvania the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars. TWELFTH:I have always so much enjoyed the music (2 ) • furnished a t the church services of the Methodis t Episcopal Church of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,to which I belong,and in appreciation thereof I will,give and bequeath to the Music Committee of said Church the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars,to be appropriated by said Music Committee in its discretion for expenses incident to providing and furnishing music for said Methodist Episcopal Church of Monongahela, Pennsylvania. THIRTEENTH:I order and direct that my Executors, hereinafter named,shall set aside the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars out of my estate,and invest said fund in lawful securities,and pay the interest and income therefrom as follows: (a)To my son Harold J.Collins for and during the term of his natural life free and clear of his debts,contracts, engagements,alienations and anticipations and free and clear of all levies,attachments,executions and sequestrations and upon the death of my son to pay from said fund the expenses incident to his death,funeral and burial and to purchase and have erect- ed at his grave a marker just like the markers at other graves in my lot.And if at any time during the life of my son,by reason of sickness or disability of my said son,should it become necessary my said Executors shall have full authority and power to use such part of the corpus of the said fund as they may deem expedient and necessary (in the event the income should be insufficient for the purpose)to meet and pay for the expense and coat thereof,but such expenditure of part of the corpus for such purposes to be entirely and wholly discretionary with my Executors or the survivor of my Executor. (b)Upon the death of my son Harold J.Collins (3) • the interest and income therefrom shall be paid to the widow,if any,of my son Harold J.Collins,for and during the term of her natural life. (c)Upon the death of the widow of my son Harold J.Collins (or upon the death of my son Harold J.Collins in the event he should leave no widow)the trust shall terminate and the corpus of said trust shall be distributed among the children of my son Harold J.Collins living at the time of his death;in the event my son Harold J.Collins leaves no children to survive him then the corpus of said trust shall be paid to the Kings Daugh- ters of Monongahela,Pennsylvania,a charitable organization. NOTE.-The residue of my estate to be added to and become a part of and to be disposed of under this paragraph (Item "Thirteenth" as provided in Item "Fifteenth"hereinafter set forth. FOURTE~NTH:It is my desire that all specific devises and bequests herein made shall be free and clear of all taxes and I do hereby direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay all taxes against my estate from the residue of my estate. FIFTEENTH:All the rest,residue and remaider of my estate and property,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and kind,and Wheresoever situate,I order and direct shall be placed in and added to and become a part of the Trust Fund of Five Thousand (5,000.00)Dollars Which I have hereinabove created in Item "Thirteenth"hereof,invested,used and distribut- ed as therein set forth.It being my full intent and purpose that the residue of my estate be held,disposed of,and distributed in precisely the same way and manner and for the same uses and purposes and to the same persons as provided by Item "Thirteenth" hereof creating the Trust fund of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) (4 ) this •• Dollars as hereinabove set forth.
