publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Seoond.I devise all of my Real estate to my daughter Margaret Blair fthorer
in tee simple absolute.
Third.I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder ot my
personal Estate to my son \"fil1ia:m.Blair.
