I,MILTON HEDGES,of Donegal Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make and publish this my last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any will or wills by ~e at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direot my ~xecutrix hereinafter named to
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as may be convenient for her to do.
SECOND:I will,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate,unto my wife,Ella Hedges,absolutely,
her heirs and assigns.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my said
wife,~lla Hedges,to be Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament.
