r,~enry Hellman,of Donora,lashington County,Pennsylvania,
bein~of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,pUblish and de-
clare this to be my last :ill and Testament,in manner and form
following;Hereby revoki any wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:r direct all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be,
after my decease.
SECOND:I do hereby will and bequeath my property located
in Donora,1ashington County,Pennsylvania,being Lot #9,Block
e#42,upon which there is erected a two story double fram dwelling
to be divided as follows:One-half or number 77 llen venue,
in said Borough is to become the property of Mary Jordan,during
her lifetime,and at her death the same is to be vested in Mrs.
Elizabeth Shutterly.The other half,being number 79 Allen Ave-
,2t.~nue,is to become the property of my ,John J.Kuhl.
THIRD:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughters,
Mary Jordan and Margaret obson,to be my sole executrices of this
my Last '?ill and Testament,without bond.
