FIRST:I direct that all expenses attributable t my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease. es tate: SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath all of my outright. (a)One half to my daughter Jane Day Kightlinger, (b)One half to my son Irv ing B.Day,in tr'ust as hereinafter provided. THIRD:Such residential real estate as I may own at the time of my death I devise to my son Irving B Day,to be a portion of and charged against his one half share at the value fixed thereon for Pennsylvania state inheritance tax purposes, and to be subject to the trust herein provided for. FOURTH:The one half share of my son Irving B. Day is devised and bequeathed to Jane Day ~ightlinger as trustee to hold the same in trust for Irving B.Day upon the following terms and conditions: (a)Said trustee shall hold the same and collect the income and interest therefrom arising and shall pay the same from time to time to Irving B.Day,but said income,interest,and princip 1 or res shall be held free and clear of his (Irving B.Day's)debts,contracts,engagement alienations and anticipations,and free and clear of all levies,attachments,executions, and sequestrations,and the same is not to be in any wise liable for any debts owing by my said son,nor for any debts that may hereafter be contracted by him. (b)My said son and his family shall have the J right to the occupancy and use of the real estate hereinabove mentioned during the term of the tl"US t. Day or to his heirs at law (in the proportions provided in the Intestate Act)if he be de- ceased. FIFTH:If my son Irving B.Day does not survive me,no trust shall be created,and in that event I give,devise and be- queath my estate one haIr to Jane Day Kightlinger and one half to the heirs at law of Irving B.Day,in the proportions provided in the Intestate Act.
