I,James L.Cox,of the Village of Brilliant,County of Jeffers n
and State of Ohio,do msk e and publish this my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT.
FIRST:My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid out of my Estate as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:I give,Devise and Bequeath to my beloved wife,Mary M.
Cox,all my property both personal and real,to be hers absolutely as
long as she lives,together with the power to sell through her
Executor,any part or all of it if neceasary for her sustenance anc
comfort.
If there be any residue of property after the decease of my wife
I give and bequeath it to my son,Charles B.Cox,or in the event of
his death before the death of my wife,to his children share and share
alike.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my son,Charles B.Cox,~xecuto
of this my last will and Testament.
I hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made.
In Testimony Wnereof,I hereunto subscribe my name at Steubenvil
this 9th day of April,1931.
