MY WILL
I,J.V.Blond,of the City of Washington,Washington county and
state of Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this for my last ViII
and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills made by me at any
time heretofore.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my sister,Virginia V.Blond,
should she be living when I die,the sum of $500.
THIRD.I give and bequeath to my three grandchildren,John
V.B.,Richard Earl,and Ruth Louise Hana,children of my daughter
Katherine B.Hana,the sum of $100 to each grandchild.
FOURTH.As to all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever,of
which I shall die seized and possessed or be entitled to at the
time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath to my three child-
ren,Katherine B.Hana,Percy S.Blond and Harry B.Blond,share
and share alike.
FIFTH.As to any real estate of which I may die seized I
hereby authorize,empower and direct the executors of this my Will
to sell and convey the same either as a whole or in parts and ei-
ther at private or at pUblic sale,and to execute and deliver to
the p .chaser or purchasers a deed or deeds for the same,the same
as I could do if living,without asking lief of court,and that
the real estate be sold within a reasonable time after my death
but not to be sacrificed as to price.
LA8~LY.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my two son,
Percy S.Blond and Harry B.Blond,the executors of this my last
Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
the 27th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine
