I,EDGAR W.HASTINGS,unmarried,of the Borough of
Charleroij Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind and memory,make,declare and publish this to be
my last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all former
Wills by me heretofore made:
•
1st.I direct that all of y Just debts and moderate
funeral expenses be promptly paid.
2nd.I give and bequeath five (5)shares of American
Telephone &Telegraph Company stock to Charleroi Savings And Trust
Company of Charleroi,Pennsylvania,in trust,moreover,to hold
the same,and to create a fund from the income thereof from which
it shall pay for the care,upkeep and maintenance of the Hastings
lots,Nos.314,355 and 738,and the monumental work erected
thereon in the Brookville Cemetery in the Borough of Brookville,
Jefferson County,Pennsylvania.
3rd.I give and bequeath the sum of Five Thousand
(5,000.00)Dollars to my brother Robert Means Hastings,now re-
siding at Kendall,Florida.
4th.I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
(1,000.00)Dollars to Salome Hastings,daughter or my nephew
Charles G.Hastings,deceased,now residing at No.229 Forty-
fourth Street,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
5th.I give and bequeath the sum of Twenty-five Hun-

taxes be paid from and by my estate and that the devises and be-

shall not have to pay any inheritance tax on the same.
