I,the undersigned,Rankin J.Clarke of South Franklin Township,Washington county,Pennsylvania,hereby revoking all former wills,do make,publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament,as follows: First.I direct my executors,hereinafter named,to pay all debts and claims against my estate. Second.In the settlement of the estate of my father, John G.Clarke,I obtained title to my real estate,the farm upon which I reside,under the will and by deed from his executors and in order to pay the purchase money,my sisters,Katherine L.Clarke, Mary R.Clarke and Lulu A.Clarke,contributed and furnished to me the sum of $7,533.48,which has not been repaid to them.I there- fore hereby expressly charge the said sum as a lien against my said real estate and order and direct that the same shall be paid by my executors out of the proceeds of the sale of the same to the said Katherine L.Clarke,Mary R.Clarke and Lulu A.Clarke in equal shares.
