as follows:
First,I direct that all ~y just debts and funeral expenses be
paid,
Second,after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses,I
devise and bequeath all the remainder of my property both real
and personal and wherever situated or fcund to my wife,Fannie
Bizzack and to her heirs and as~gns foraver,
Third,I hereby ap~oint my said wife executrix of my estate
and direct that no appraisment or inventory of my estate be had.
