I,WILLIAM T.BROWNLEE,of Buffalo Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this my last ill and
Testament hereby revoking all former ills by me at any time
heretofore made.
1.I direct my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
out of my estate.
2.I will all my property to my wife,ELIZABETH M.
BROWNLEE,for and during her natural life and without her being
required to give bond for the personal property that may come
into her hands under this my 'ill.
Subject to the life estate hereinbefore given to my wife,
Elizabeth M.Brownlee,I give,devise and bequeath all my
property,real and personal,in the following manner:-to Frank
L.Brownlee,my son,the one-third (1/3)thereof;to my
daughter,Mary Elizabeth McCleery,the one-third (1/3)thereof;
IandtoBettyAnnBrownlee,$200.00;Samuel Reed Brownlee,$200.0?;
Laura Brovmlee,$200.00;Joella Brownlee,$200.00;William Jacks'n
Brownlee,$200.00;the last five named parties being my grand-
children,and to my son,Samuel R.Brownlee,the balance of the
lone-third (1/3)after deducting the legacies to the five above
named grandchildren.
I nominate,constitute and appoint Frank L.Brownlee,I
IExecutor,and Mary Elizabeth cCleery,Executrix of this my last
-ill and Testament.
