And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real, personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and bequeath as follows: FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral ~s soon as conveniently possible after my decease.
