REUCKENS COLLINET,idow,of Fallowfield Township,(formerly of
North Charleroi),Washington County,Pennsylvania,being in ill
health,but of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,I
do hereby make,publisb and declare this writing as and for my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills,by me,
at any time heretof ore made.
And as to my worldly Estate,and all the property,real,
personal or mixed,of which I shall die seized and possessed,or
to which I shall be entitled at tte tire of my decease,I give,
devise,bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following,
to-wit:
FIRST:My Will is that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall,by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid out
of my Estate as soon after my decease as shall by it be found
convenient.
SF.COND:I order and direct that all my property,real,
personal,and mixed,shall,by mv Executor hereinafter named,be
sold at either pUblic or private sale or sales,and converted into
money at such time or times as it may deem advisable,for such
price or prices and on such terms as it may deem most advantageous
i to my Estate,so as to obtain therefore as high a price or prices
as possible from the sale thereof;and for such purposes I do bere
by authorize,direct and empower my Executor to execute and delive
such assurances of title as may be required to convey the same in

fee simple,as fully and completely as I could,bad I been living,
without any duty upon the purcbaser or purchasers tbereof to look
to the proper application of the purchase money;said purchaser
or purchasers to take the same free and cleBr of all claims what-
soever upon making payment of the proper consideration therefore
to my Executor;and pending such sale or sales,mv Executor is
hereby authorized and directed to lease tbe said property upon
such terms,and during such time or times,as it may deem most
advantageous to my Estate,and to collect the rents and profits
arising therefrom,keep tbe said premises in proper repair,and
'keep the same insured and :P3 y such t axes as rna y be assessed there-
on,and the rents so collected are to be treated in like manner
as the selling price of said property as hereinafter provided.
And when the whole of said property or properties shall have been
converted into maney,as aforesaid,then I will and direct that
the same shall be divided and disposed of as follows,to-wit:
