KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,FRANCES
MARTINET GALLAGHER,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,do
make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently possible
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my
husband,EDWARD B.GALLAGHER,his heirs and assigns forever,
all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of what nature
and kind soever,and wheresoever the same shall be at the
time of my death.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my
husband,EDWARD B.GAT,LAGHER,to ac t as the Executor of my
estate.
FOURTH:In the event my husband,EDWARD B.
GALLAGHER,should predecease me or in the event we meet our
deaths in a common accident,I hereby dispose of my estate
as follows:
A.I give,devise and bequeath all
of my estate,real,personal or mixed,to my daughter,MARY JOYCE
GALLAGHER POMPON 10.
B.I nominate and appoint my daughter,
MARY JOYCE GALLAGHER POMPONIO.to act as the Executrix of my
estate.
C.In the event my daughter,MARY
JOYCE GALLAGHER POMPONIO.should predecease me then I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,personal or mixed,
to my granddaughter,JANICE POMPONIO SUOMELA,my granddaughter,
PATRICIA POMPONIO,and my grandson,THOMAS R.GALLAGHER,in
equal shares.
D.In the event my daughter,MARY
JOYCE GALLAGHER POMPONIO,should fail to qualify or refuse to
act as my Executrix,then I nominate and appoint my granddaughter,
JANICE POMPONIO SUOMELA,to act as my Executrix.
