LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
TILLIE GURNEY
I,TILLIE GURNEY,being of sound mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all other Wills heretofore made by me.
Ii FIRST:r direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay
all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death
as possible.
SECOND:I do hereby bequeath to my two sons,namely
Julius Gurney of Albuquerque,New Mexico,and Oscar Gurney,and
my two daughters,namely Julia Gurney Sliman and Mollie Gurney
Keretzman of Washington,Pennsylvania,four separate Government H
bond sets previously set aside by me with the above mentioned
listed as co-owners of said bonds.
THIRD:I do hereby give and bequeath to Julia Gurney
Sliman the Government E bond set previously set aside with her
listed as co-owner.
II FOURTH:The remaining Government H bonds listed under
my husband's name and mine and also my bank deposits,I hereby
give and bequeath equally among my five children,Julia Gurney
Sliman,Oscar Gurney,Julius Gurney,Mollie Gurney Keretzman and
Edward Gurney.
II FIFTH:r do hereby give and bequeath to my son,Edward
Gurney,the Government E bonds in which he is listed as co-owner
and a set of Government E bonds in which myself and my deceased
husband are listed as co-owners.
SIXTH:r hereby give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Edward Gurney,the properties which I now own,situate at 169 and
171 Ohio Street,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.

The properties devised shall not be sold by my son without the
permission of Oscar Gurney.In the event Oscar Gurney be not
living at the time of the proposed sale of the property,or
properties,then Julius Gurney shall have the right to consent
or not consent.In the event Julius Gurney be not living,then
Mollie Gurney Keretzman shall exercise the right,and in the event
she be not living,then Julia Gurney Sliman shall exercise the
right.
SEVENTH:I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my son,
Edward Gurney,all the rest residue and remainder of my estate.
EIGHTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Oscar Gurney as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,TILLIE GURNEY,the Testatrix above
