I,Ruth S.Brown,of Chartiers Township,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandin ,
do make,pUblish and declare this my last Will and Test~ent,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
Item:.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
Item 2.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Charles C.
Brown,all of the property of which I may die seized,be it
real,personal or mixed,this provision being sUbject to the follo ing
condition;the said Carles C.Brown is to provide a home for and
maintain my granddaughter,Leah Parrish,until she shall arrive at
the age of twenty-one years,or in the event of her marriage prior to
that time,until her marriage,whr~h said condition shall be a
charge upon a11 of the property herein devised.
Item 3.I hereby nominate and appoint my son Charles C.
Brown to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
