Second:I give and bequeath to my son Edgar F.Booher all money which I have heretofore advanced him,which advancements are evidenced by notes that I hold and a book account,as his full share of my estate. Third:I give and bequeath to my son Abraham Hays Booher the sum of One hundred dollars with interest thereon from July 1,1897, and to my son Jacob C.Booher the sum of Fifty Dollars with interest thereon from July 1,1897.Neither of the said legacies are to be- come due and payable until after the decease of my wife Lucinda E. Booher,unless she sees fit to pay them sooner. Fourth:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Lucinda E.Booher for and during the whole term of her natural life for her own support and maintenance and to do with as she sees fit,and I do direct that she shall not be required to give bond as required by the Act of Assembly for life tenants,it being my intention that if she shall deem it necessary to expend the whole or any part of the corpus of my estate for her maintenance I do hereby authorize her to do so. From and after the decease of my said wife,I give,devise and be- queath all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate to my two sons Abraham Hays Booher and Jacob C.Booher,and to their heirs and assigns,share and share alike. •• Lastly:I do nominate,constitute and appoint my son Abraham Hays Booher,Executor of this my last will and testament,and I do direct that he shall not be required to give bond.
