I,TERESA COLOlmINI,of the Borough of Charleroi,County
of Vlashington,and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and disposing memory,do make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all of my debts and the expenses incident to the ar'lministration
of my estate,out of the first moneys available for t hat pur-
pose.
SECOND:I direct that the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
dollars be set aside to be used to purchase two stones for the
graves of my deceased husband and mine.Said stones to be sel-
ected by my children.
THIRD:I give and bequeath,unconditionally,to my
grandchild,Mary Vezzette,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
and nO/IOO dollars.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath,unconditionally,to my
grandchild,Law~ence Vezzette,the sum of One HWldred (~100.00)
and nO/IOO dollars.
FIFTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest and residue
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,wherever situate to my
three children,in equal shares,each the one-third part thereof,
and to their heirs and assigns forever.The names of my said
children being as follows;Charles Colombini;George Colombinl
and Anna Colombini Bayens.
SIXTH:I hereby give and ~onfer upon my executor,here-
inafter named,power to sell and convey in fee simple,any part

sales made,he is hereby authorized to execute,aclmowledge and
deliver deeds of conveyance therefor in such form as shall be
necessar'Y'to pass a good and marketable title,and the purchaser
or purchasers thereof shall be under no obligation to see to the

SEVENTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Charles Colombini,executor of t his my Last Will and Testament.
