LAST WILL .1:ENT.
of the Borough of Charleroi,

County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,in manner
and form following:
II FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and expenses incident to the administration of my estate,
be paid as soon after my decease as may conveniently be done out
of the first monies available for that purpose.
II SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,
ERMIE BRISON,his heirs and assigns,my farm located in the
I District of Morgan,County of Monongalia,and State of West
Virginia,containing 21A acres of land,more or less,being the
same property which was conveyed to my deceased husband,
FRANK BRISON,and myself,by deed of Clark Everly,unmarried,
dated ]my 22,1913,and recorded in Book No.126,Page 98 of
Monongalia County,West Virginia,on June 19,1913,with the
understanding,however,that my said son,ERMIE BRISON assume
any and all debts which there may be against said property at the
time of my decease.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my son,
DESIRE ~RISON,his heirs and assigns,the sum of Six Thousand
~6 000.00 Dollars in cash.
II FOURTH:All of the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,of
which I may die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my

two 2)sons,DESIRE BRISON,and ERMIE BRISON,share and share
alike,that is to say,one-half (1/2)part thereof to each,their
heirs and assigns forever.
FIFTH:I hereby revoke and annul all former or
other Wills and testamentary dispJsitions by me at any time here-
tofore made.
II LASTLY:I nominate,Qonstitute and appoint
BANK OF CHARLEROI AND TRUST COMPANY.Execu tor under thi s my Last
Will and Testament.
