I,DESSIE GRifFITHS,of North Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,publ ish and declare this Will to be my Last Wil I and
Testament hereby revoking and making void al I former Wil I or Wil Is
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that al I my just debts and funeral expenses
including a marker placed on my grave,be fully paid and satisfied
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:All of my property,real,personal and mixed,of
Whatsoever nature and description the same may be and wheresoever
the same may be situated,which I may own or have the right to
dispose of at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath
to my niece,Gloria Kern,absolutely and in fee simple.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my niece,
Gloria Kern,as Executrix of this my Last Wil I and Testament,
without bond.
